A strength tracker that does the arithmetic.
Set up routines, log your sessions set by set, and let the app handle the part people do badly in a notebook: when to add weight, what you lifted last time, how much work you have actually done.
Accounts are made by hand. There is no sign-up and no pricing, so you will need an invite.

The plan progresses itself
Set a rep range and a step. Clear the range and next session's weight is already higher, across every routine that movement appears in. Last session's numbers sit beside each set while you work, and the session saves as you type.
- Bodyweight exercises count your own weight
- Linked exercises share one load across routines
- Every weight increase the plan earned is kept on record

A coach that proposes, never acts
Ask for changes in plain language. Powered by Claude, the coach answers with a specific diff you confirm or reject. Nothing is applied behind your back.
My shoulder's bothering me. Swap the overhead work in Upper body A.
Two changes. The landmine press keeps the pressing pattern below shoulder height, and the lateral raise comes out until it is comfortable. Everything else stays.

Numbers that admit what they don't know
Volume is measured, so it is stated plainly. Calories are an estimate, so they are labelled as one, and without a weigh-in they are not shown at all. No invented data and no confident zeroes.
“A rough figure from your weight, the time, and the kind of work — not a measurement.”
Where to get it
Chikara is small and invite-only. Everything below is real and working; none of it is self-serve.
